Message: Just moved to the area. Needed a local butcher to get those custom and perfect cuts of meat! (Never go to Walmart! ). This place was fantastic. Every employee there was knowledgable about their offerings. And even the other store patrons pitched in to help me get what I needed.

Message: Very good quality. Their bacon is excellent a lot like Salo if you know what that is. I just put it in the freezer than take out and eat raw frozen with some spicy mustard and it's excellent
